We will be performing urgent scheduled maintenance on Continuity Backup Cloud on Friday, February 6, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern Time. During this maintenance window: - Offsite backups will not be accessible. - Any backups that are in progress or scheduled to run during this time will fail. - The portal will be unable to connect to the cloud. Once the maintenance is complete, subsequent backups should run successfully. We appreciate your continued partnership and patience as we carry out this essential network maintenance. We're aware of an issue affecting scheduled workflows that include a Send a message step. Users may experience authentication errors preventing these workflows from executing as expected. Other workflow types, such as link trigger workflows, don't appear to be affected at this time. We’re actively investigating, and will update as soon as we know more.
